Welcome to Music 4 Seniors
Music 4 Seniors is a Los Angeles-based organization that brings joy into the lives of senior citizens through music and friendship with high school students. The program–created by 12th grader Noah Napoli-Grover–pairs high school musicians and vocalists with senior citizens to form personal relationships over the phone, not unlike pen pals. Musicians are paired with seniors through a process that ensures that each party has similar music interests, is socially compatible, etc. Once a week, the student musician will call or FaceTime with their senior partner to chat and give them a live concert.
Music 4 Seniors has now paired dozens of student musicians from four high schools in California with seniors in three different states.
